Welcome to caGrand (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), an interconnected senior living platform operated by I Care Grand Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

  • “Platform” refers to the website https://www.cagrand.com.

  • “Facility” refers to senior living homes, nursing centers, or similar service providers who register on the platform to list their rooms and services.

  • “User” refers to any individual or organization who browses, registers, or books services through the platform.

  • “Booking” refers to the reservation of any room or service listed on the platform.

  • “Customer” means a registered user who books and makes payment via the platform.


3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the caGrand platform.

  • Facilities must be legally registered and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations in Malaysia.


4. Account Registration

  • Facilities and users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • caGrand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.


5. Listing by Facilities

  • Facilities can create and manage listings that include:

    • Room types

    • Services provided (e.g., medical care, housekeeping, meals)

    • Pricing per service/room

    • Descriptions and media (images/videos)

  • Facilities are fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings and pricing.

  • Listings must comply with all local laws and ethical standards.


6. Booking and Payments

  • Customers can browse, select, and book rooms/services via the platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking and payment.


7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual facility.

  • Users must review the refund policy on the facility’s listing before booking.

  • caGrand is not responsible for refund disputes between facilities and customers but may mediate upon request.


8. Service Fees

  • caGrand may charge a service fee or commission from facilities for using the platform.

  • Any fees applicable will be clearly communicated to facilities during listing creation.


9. Platform Usage and Prohibited Activities

Users and facilities agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Use bots or automated tools to access the platform.


10. Content Ownership

  • Facilities own the content they upload (text, photos, descriptions), but grant caGrand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

  • Users may not reuse or republish content without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • caGrand acts as a marketplace and is not a service provider.

  • We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of services provided by facilities.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from bookings made through the platform.


12. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.

  • Users must comply with the rules and requirements set by the facility upon booking.


13. Termination of Accounts

  • caGrand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Violation of these terms

    • Fraudulent activity

    • Abuse of platform features


14. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised “Last updated” date.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.


15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
